Ihrmans Go To The Beach

We spent 5 days in South Padre with Grandma, Grandpa, Aina (our new au pair) and us Ihrmans. It was our first vacation since the Olympics and it was so nice to see the kids take in all the new and fun activities. We spent most of the time on the beach, digging and feeding seagulls. We are already talking about our next trip to the coast since it is so close.

Both kids loved to play in the hole/pool that Dad dug for them. It included stairs, a slide, a tunnel, and a bench! It lasted 3 days and was enjoyed by others as well.

Kayla always started out in clothes because the swim diapers are not very trustworthy. She went through about 3 outfits a day (in addition to the swim suits) after destroying them with sand and puddles/pools.
